The hotel staff was unresponsive, and breakfast was limited to fried rice, toast, and papaya. The bathroom was gloomy and the soap didn't work. The room phone was dead, and the TV channels were limited. Luckily, TVRI was available so we could watch the World Cup. The price was quite expensive, even on a weekday.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was actually nice, but it just needed some maintenance. The elevator wasn't working, but there were hotel staff who helped with luggage. It was okay to eat late because we had to go to the tourist attractions early in the morning.
