Good location close to Alor Street, the elevator smells bad, the room is clean but a bit cramped, the AC is not cold, the staff is good and quite friendly.

The hotel is very close to the MRT station, and the surrounding area is very busy. If you're hungry in the middle of the night, you can just go outside, now that there's a Seven-Eleven. The rooms are comfortable, the restrooms are clean, and the receptionists are friendly. If you want to shop at Pavilion, Lot 10, or other places, everything is close by.

The bathroom ceiling is leaking...otherwise it's okay.

The location is great and close to everything... but the receptionist wasn't very friendly during check-in, luckily there was another one who was friendly... and the plus point is the owner is very nice, he gave me a charger and the next morning when I was going to the airport he helped me book a driver. Basically, the owner is the best.

When I checked in, I noticed a yellow stain on the bed sheet. After the 4th day, I noticed the yellow stain still on the bed sheet (the bed sheet hadn't been changed for 3 days). After getting angry with the receptionist, the cleaning service staff told me to change it immediately. If I hadn't noticed the yellow stain, I wouldn't have known the bed sheet hadn't been changed because the bed sheet had been tidied up again.
