Every time I go to Sukabumi, I always stay here, because it is close to the city center.

The staff was still friendly even though I checked in at midnight, the room was clean, but the car parking area is small, maybe it can be expanded in the future.

Every time I go to Sukabumi, I always stay at the Horison Hotel because the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp (fast response), whenever there is a request via line 0 they are always fast response, it is very easy when I stay there, I borrowed a table + iron and it was delivered immediately, the food is always delicious, especially on Eid al-Fitr, my family and I tried to eat ketupat opor & ketupat sayur which we think tastes extraordinarily delicious👍. Next time we will always stay at Horison Sukabumi.

Spacious and clean rooms. Clean swimming pool. Plenty of breakfast options, even on a weekday. Delicious food.

Everything was good overall except for the Wi-Fi. The signal fluctuated during our four days there, so we decided to go without it.

Yesterday, we arrived there past check-in hours. However, because we requested two rooms on the same floor, we had to wait about 17 minutes to get adjacent rooms. Due to the delay in getting our rooms, we received complimentary pempek (fish cakes) and tofu with soy sauce. There were also free snacks in the refrigerator. The location is close to the city center and adjacent to a famous souvenir shop, Bika Ambon Sunda Rasa. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can request prayer mats and an iron and ironing board. However, the breakfast menu is lacking in variety and the taste is mediocre, perhaps it could be improved. Otherwise, I really like the service at Horison Sukabumi.
