The parking lot was full, so I had to park far from the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable though compact. The facilities are adequate and functioning well. The strategic location near the Penampang Sand Wet Market provides many facilities.

overall ok for budget hotel, just the bathroom was cramp. hard to lock the room from outside. location good since nearby attractions. cleanliness can be improved especially bathroom.

It could be better if they made our check-in faster by using both computers at the reception.

Well, first it was said when I booked that every taxes were included and I had the surprise to pay a tourism tax. Plus the sheets on the bed and the towels wasn't clean, there was some suspicious thing on it.

Nice and good however the bed, towel, mattress and pillow case is not so clean. The internet coverage not reach this room and water dispenser in front of this room cannot be use during the stay.

Very comfortable, just ade ade a problem in a very strong smell of cigarettes, please reply brief interchangeable solved this problem.
