The room is not clean, the hot water doesn't work

just take a rest ok.................

The hotel is located in a clean and well-maintained complex. It’s not very spacious, but it feels very comfortable and homey. The room was tidy, and everything was in good condition. What really made the stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always smiling and ready to assist. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back!

Room no 504 is quite okay, the lighting from outside is good. It's just that there is no hair dryer, and 1 plug is broken. The bathroom glass is not blurry enough, it can still be seen from the outside. For breakfast, there is a rice box. The first 2 days the menu is the same: fried rice, 2 nuggets, 1 fried egg and crackers, plus 1 banana and 1 300ml Indomaret mineral water. The third day, it changed to yellow rice, balado egg, stir-fried tempeh, crackers, 2 nuggets, 1 banana and 1 300ml bottle of Indomaret mineral water. Breakfast is delivered to the room around 8-9 am. The staff are all friendly. Very impressive The elevator is a bit difficult to press. It turns out you have to use 2 fingers. This is for other people's knowledge... The hotel itself is very central to the city. A row of hotels has a BCA bank, easy to withdraw ATM and any transaction. There is also an Indomaret and McD. Just walk. Close to the SCBD area too. It's easy to go anywhere

Honestly, the staff is friendly and everything is fine until night falls, those who stay in a room near the road definitely can't sleep because it's so noisy, I stayed for 2 nights, luckily on the second night I asked for another room so I could sleep comfortably and the staff agreed to move rooms. Overall everything is good.

I didn't really expect much, I was just looking for something ordinary. But yesterday I booked a room on the app and got a bit of a dud. The shower didn't work, and the wifi didn't work at all. The lights were very dim, the TV couldn't be turned on at all.

Terrible. The AC is on a timer so every time I sleep I wake up because it's hot, then the bathroom water doesn't flow, the floor is sticky, the TV is unclear, the elevator button is dead and I can't get a room on the 5th floor. When I complained, no one said sorry, just oh yeah, the AC is on a timer and I didn't get any compensation. But oh well. It's cheap, but it would be better if it was just standard, wouldn't it?

Good location, fairly friendly staff, clean and fresh towels. But the ambiance was uncomfortable and a bit creepy, especially near the elevator, stairs, and beside the room. Found 3 baby cockroaches under the bed and 2 in the bathroom. Still understandable for a price under 300k, just manage your expectations accordingly.

The bed was dirty, there was hair left, lipstick marks, yellowed pillows and worst of all, the room's AC often went off.

Actually I don't mind the small size of the room, because I think it's according to the standards of a 3-star hotel and especially in Jakarta. It's just about cleanliness, I got a mattress with a dirty sheet and also towels that were not clean anymore, tended to have a hard color almost turning gray and why is this still used? :( I was actually still safe with the mattress, until finally I got the towel and the water on the 5th floor was very small :(
