The location is close to where I want to go

The hotel is really amazing, even though it's cheap, it doesn't mean it's normal for filth. The inside of the toilet is super black, every corner is dirty, making the bathroom smelly, the room musty. When we arrived, the table was dusty. Even though we chose no smoking, there was a lot of cigarette ash, the sheets smelled musty. When we asked for a change of sheets and cleaning the next day, they just tidied it up, the toilet wasn't washed anymore. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights, why didn't I move? Because my child was competing at UNESA, that was the only hotel left that was close by.

The hotel's location is not far from the main road, easy to access. Close to many public facilities.

The staff is friendly, the room is quite small, there is only a little soap and shampoo left, the blanket and bedsheet are quite dirty (there are stains), the food is quite delicious. In room 517 there were many cockroaches, in room 528 the air conditioner was hot. When checking in, one of the staff blamed the location of the place to stay. But there was one staff who was friendly.

It's good but it could be faster and the AC isn't that cold.

Sometimes breakfast is provided, sometimes not, even though you book a room with breakfast.
