The hotel that is the first choice when going to Lombok 😀

The hotel we relied on when checking into the Solo Orthopedic Hospital. The staff were friendly, the rooms were decent, but some services that could be improved include the availability of towels for staying customers, which were sometimes not yet available when guests or customers had already checked in and occupied the room or were forgotten to provide them. The cable TV channel for room 109 was not connected. The contact person for reception could be added in a visible place, for example in a quiet area on the room telephone.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Happy to be able to vacation in Solo with my father. Now my father has passed away😭

I actually enjoyed staying here. But I was a bit disappointed because when I was about to check out, smoke suddenly appeared from above the curtains, I panicked and thought there was something wrong with my room. It turned out that there was a fire extinguisher training right next to the room. What made me disappointed was how the smoke could get inside? My room was so stuffy because the smoke came in all the way. Please, the hotel, please immediately improve the airtightness, and if possible, such training should be kept away from the hotel area because honestly, it's annoying because the sound is also very loud and can be heard in the room. Thank you, I hope my input can improve the quality of the hotel, assalaam🙏🏻

The receptionist was friendly, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was calm even though it was close to the student boarding house area.

Nice, clean, and friendly. I'll probably come back next time. There's also plenty of food in front of the hotel, so if you don't order breakfast, you'll be fine.
