Spent 2 nights. My daughter was really happy, we got free entry to the zoo and can come anytime we want. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I asked for decoration due to my wedding anniversary and they provided it for free. Nice ambiance at night, peaceful and quiet. If you bring your children to Bali, stay at Sanctoo, definitely will come here again one day.

We booked Sanctoo to be close to the zoo and it was so easy to pop back in the room for a nap! The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback is that the door to the WC and bath cannot be locked properly and the glass is only partially covered, so there's a lack of privacy especially if you stay with kids! Really appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff like Mirah, Ugi, and Kadek among others. I also witnessed the staff being nice to guests who were unreasonable. Fantastic service ethic.

This is above expectation. One of the hotels that really impressed me. Very reasonable for the price. The view is really beautiful, the room is big and clean, the bathroom is spacious, the bed is soft and I highly recommend the suite pool access room if I have the time and opportunity, next time I will definitely come here again for longer 👍

One of the best resort i've ever stayed. The staff service was excellent. Fast checked in process, clean room, amazing view from the riverside villa bedroom. The room also included for bali zoo ticket access and breakfast at the cassowary restaurant. So no worries while waiting for the room, we still can access for the zoo which is fun and amazing. Last but not least, the breakfast is good, the service is good, and we can enjoy the view of cassowary birds from the restaurant. Definitely we will go back here soon! ✨

Very child-friendly hotel. free access to Bali zoo. very clean hotel area and very helpful staff. very spacious room with such neat and tidy arrangement. comfortable balcony and there is a clothesline. the swimming pool is clean & there is a part for children to play. the food is delicious and varied. recommended hotel if you are on holiday to Bali with family

First experience staying here and next time will definitely come back again. There is not a single thing lacking during my stay here. Very satisfied with the very friendly service and spacious room and balcony with a nice pool view. The cleanliness of the room and hotel area is very well maintained and access to the zoo is very close. Nice place

First time to stay here at my first day arrive at Bali. The hotel quiet nice, as I arrived around 8pm, I still can get welcome drink. The staff friendly, the room is quiet spacious with balcony, with the view of pool. When I arrived my nextdoor is too noisy, I asked the staff for helped and they handle it quiet well. The breakfast is OK, need more variants of menus, and the interesting is we can have breakfast while seeing the cassowaries, as the cage place, beside the restaurant. It's free enter to the Bali zoo and free photo session. It"s a nice experience to stay here.

Ubud is Bali’s sanctuary. Staying here is relaxing and quiet. The FOOD is Ubud is AMAZING! The zoo is nearby and received a shortcut way to enter the zoo if staying in Sanctoo. Overall its great experience!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is warm, you can just walk to Bali Zoo. The children are very happy. Unfortunately you have to checkout early in the morning because you get a very early plane. Can't have breakfast, but still given a box of bread, juice and fruit. Next time I go to Bali I will stay here again.

Part of Bali Zoo, so you can enter as much as you like to Bali Zoo without paying any more. There are few food choices at the restaurant at breakfast. The swimming pool is nice, children will really like it.

It was amazing! It 's my first time here and I gotta say they have one of the best hospitalities in Bali ans I stayed in a lot of Bali hotels before. Food was amazing as well. I wish I could stay longer. Definitely will come back!

Glad to finally be able to stay here. But unfortunately there aren't many choices for breakfast. As for the taste of the food, it's delicious according to your taste. Staying 2 nights here makes children feel at home and don't want to go home, especially with unlimited free to go to Bali Zoo ❤️🐘🦒 btw the staff is 1000/10, everyone is really friendly. Super luv!
