It wasn't what I expected based on the reviews. The room was small, cramped, with a small bed for two people, no refrigerator, and a tiny bathroom with a toilet and shower head that was too small to wash my back. However, the receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high for a motel-class room (not a hotel) with such limited amenities. Overall, I stayed there once and will never return.

Every time I travel to Penang, I always stay here, a hotel with a strategic location with places to eat, a GAMA supermarket and a pharmacy.

There were three of us traveling, so finding a hotel with a room that could fit three people was a bit difficult. We found this hotel, which was quite cheap, but the room was a bit small, so our suitcases wouldn't fit. The other day, due to a one-day extension, we ended up moving to a family room that could fit four people because our room was already booked. The room was a little bigger but the bathroom was smaller. We enjoyed it quite a bit because it was close to everything and there was plenty to eat. The bathroom amenities were just towels and soap.
