The first night I checked in at 10 PM. The AC was still cold, then after that the AC was not cold and turned on and off. It was only fixed the next day. Ordered plates and glasses were delivered more than 20 minutes on the first day even though the hotel is only that small. Small mattress. Pillows are lumpy and even though I asked for replacement, the stock is still the same lumpy. The food is not tasty and there is little variety. There is no coffee, tea, and water heater. There is no refrigerator. For the price of 525 thousand per room, it is not worth it. I swear, it is only once in a lifetime... better not, there are many other hotels that cost that but have everything... it is terrible if I say so. And also the smell of the soap is really unpleasant, like a musty smell.

The food is delicious, the check-in process is fast, the AC in the room is cold, the room is clean, there are many food options in the area around the hotel. The TV in the room is a smart TV hehe. So far so good, I came back here again last June. The downside is the bathroom floor is quite slippery, because the exhaust fan doesn't seem to be working 🙃. Hello, I stayed here for a vacation in Yogya. The service was good and friendly. The breakfast variety was standard, and the taste was still acceptable. Things that need to be improved (sorry I didn't include photos): 1. The room's drainage (I used room no. 704), the water drainage is old so when the bath and shower are on, the water stagnates for a long time. 2. The towels are no longer suitable in my opinion. They are worn out at the edges, the fabric is rough. 3. The room is said to be non-smoking but when I first entered it smelled a bit of cigarettes or vape. 4. Parking is limited, when it's busy, cars can be parked on the side of the road.
