The place is clean, the service is friendly

Overall, my experience was quite satisfactory. Pros: * Very strategic location, close to the city * Ample parking area * Friendly and responsive staff. * Great view Cons/Suggestions for Improvement: * Bathroom cleanliness needs to be reviewed * The sheets and pillowcases were a bit dirty, with stains on them * Got a room on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs.

The environment where I live is not very clean in the area outside the bedroom, such as the garden and lacks maintenance.

When I checked in until 4pm, I had a problem because they said my order hadn't been received in their email. It turned out it had been received but my name was reversed in their email.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, I've tried all the floors of tower B.

The staff is super duper friendly, the only strange thing is the WA admin (don't know who, I think it's the owner) I happened to get a clean and decent room for that price, the view is also of the mountains, it's really nice in the morning, I deliberately didn't order a buffet because I wanted to go on a culinary tour in Batu City, there was a fireworks party on New Year's.

Disappointed, dirty sheets, dirty pillow cases, only a little liquid soap was given, no tissues in the room, wanted to have breakfast but didn't get a seat, had to wait for food to be refilled,

The condition of the hotel is very good, unfortunately it seems like it is not maintained and cleaned like the hotel area, swimming pool, stairs to the 2nd floor, bedrooms (not swept and the equipment is very dusty) and bathrooms and in the quiet pool area there are many cigarette butts.
