Quiet and cozy place we stay 1 night, big private pool and room ..

Nice place to stay. I stayed with my family at the villa and also the deluxe room. Both accommodation were awesome. Great staff, lovely rooms. The breakfast should be improve though, but that's not a big issue for us. We love our stay and will be back if we would like to spend our holidays at ubud.

It's nice to stay there, the place is nice and comfortable, the people are also friendly. If I go to Ubud, I want my family's poem to stay there.

Friendly staff complete facilities, maybe those who lack access to the villa from the car park are far enough to have to walk 8 minutes from the parking lot. But the positive atmosphere is quiet far from the road so it's comfortable.

Fun vacation with family, comfortable place, neat garden, there is a children's pool, friendly service, rooms suitable for families, More suitable for honeymoon couples, breakfast is less varied, maybe it can be improved again with additional menus, next definitely back.

Villa with beautiful natural scenery

The room has no mineral water. There is no foot towel on the toilet (before this exists). But I like the view and the shape of the wooden house. And greetings from employees when checking in. Employees at breakfast please be trained so that they greet the guests and pay attention to the bread etc. Let me not hang out with others.

The 2 bedroom villa is spacious, the kitchen is complete, the bedroom is clean. The environment is calm and cool. Overall satisfying, it's just the location of entering the alley. So the vehicle is parked in the parking lot provided by the hotel. But hotel employees are ready to pick up and bring goods to the location of the inn why.

The place has comfortable bed and serene surroundings, but it's 3 mins walk from car pickup. They don't have any boogie or mini car to pick up guests and luggage, instead they use motorcycle. Below the bed is not clean and properly attended. I had used their laundry service in the morning and they delived it in the next morning, 10 mins before I checked out. I also think this is more suitable for couples or group of friends instead of family because it requires walking and the bathroom has transparent door. The shower does not have roof on top of it so I kinda freaked out when a spider fell next to me.

the villa is very comfortable and quiet but to get to the villa the service is lacking and the receptionist is not responsive

Initially I booked for a private villa with pool but after contacting the hotel it turned out that for Ful-booked sedah villas, the possibility of a hotel reservation system directed at the hotel to take a deluxe room (experience for other guests when booking and paying must check the hotel for room availability ) location, Clean, neat and beautiful. for guests carrying a car the parking space is limited to 2 cars. From the parking lot to the hotel location, it is quite far (200 m), although the hotel helps pick up guests and their belongings but it is quite troublesome if they bring 10-year-old children over, especially when there are more shants pregnant wife, Shanl, here pregnant. Around the hotel many villas, homestays, inn but for eating places there are not too many choices, so you have to go to Ubud if you want to find a place to eat that has many choices. The staff is friendly and quite a lot of help. For locations, if you bring busy children, it doesn't seem right, you should be reminded by the staff not to be busy when you swim (disturb other guests).

In a romantic place for babymoon.

I book a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool, it turns out that H-1 was notified if the villa was damaged so it was downgraded to a deluxe facility with no pantry and private pool. I was very disappointed, especially when we brought children who had hoped to swim as much as they could. Because of the tightness, we received friendly staff, only the hotel could not access the car, so it was picked up by a motorbike. If you take parents or children, it's difficult to access them.

Very good for the size of a private villa is not too expensive. This is so comfortable. with 2 large rooms. Plus each bathroom has a bathroom, then there is a TV room and a cooking place. And certainly a private pool too. The bathroom is also big and comfortable. There is a bathtub. Then there's a shower in the sky, it's open like that.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean!

Unpleasant vacation experience. Ordering information and other confusing information. The villa does not provide comfort and parking is very difficult.

The room is clean, service is good and friendly. It's just that the room TV occupied is broken.

I choose this place for our honeymoon, i give score: 80 (10-100) for clean room, friendly staff, good view, but standard menu for breakfast just noodles, fried rice, bread, tea, milk, coffee and cereals. Overall, very enjoyed stay here with great view at front our room .. looks like in green village, and very recommended to your resort when you travelling to ubud.
