2nd time staying here, still love everything 🫶

Strategic location in Bandung city, close to BIP Mall.

The check in & check out process is fast, the staff and security are friendly. The restaurant food tastes pretty good. It happened that when we stayed it was crowded, after breakfast it took a long time to wait in line for the elevator then the staff promptly offered to use the elevator specifically for hotel staff. The parking lot is a bit narrow because it is integrated with the apartment parking lot, but don't worry because there is free valet service. Oh yes, there is something a little disturbing when entering the room, a noisy sound in the corner near the window can be heard into the room (1212) I don't know if it's the outdoor AC or what, hopefully there will be improvements. Overall good, a pleasant experience staying here.

Overall ok, until the restaurant staff said more than 2 will be charged, right? Huaaha. Safe, sis.

Excelent hotel, with Good location, good room, amazing breakfast, excelent service and staffs.

very big bed can cover for 4 person's, breakfast food was good, there is kids corner playground, swimming pool has warm water.

The carpet, sofa, and mattress in the room were very dirty. The room smelled of cigarettes even though the information said it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast area was not spacious and the food variety was very limited. Thank you

Hotel in front of BIP access to Braga is not too far, only lift if there is a group it is not comfortable

Comfortable atmosphere, close to BIP, many shopping options, clean and cool rooms, polite and fast response staff, complete and delicious food, only parking is a bit of a hassle.

Booked 2 Executive rooms, but they were not 100% ready for use when checked in. Water was yellowish for shower, due to seemingly dirty pipe for being un-used. The other room was even worse as the AC not functioning at all for some hours to be repaired. However, it was relieved. They should have checked and rechecked before check-in time.

let me review my first experience at this hotel security was quick to help me who was carrying a lot of stuff, friendly, the staff were also friendly, all friendly my first stay here with my child in room 1108 the room view was okay first entering the room it was not cold honestly not cold, second the bathroom hot water did not work it was warm for a while eh cold again where my children were spontaneously shocked 😌 until returning from the hotel we did not take a hot shower honestly because we only stayed for a day and were advised to move rooms, because it was useless to tell us to move when it was already 7 pm 😌 breakfast as I photographed.. maybe other guests did not experience the same fate as me..back and forth calling cs with complaints about room facilities swimming pool warm but small will I return to this hotel, maybe in Bandung there are still hotels that are worth it with the same price 🙏

The hotel location is ok. Breakfast is ok. But at night the sound of motorbikes at the red light of BIP mall right in front of the hotel is very noisy, so your sleep is disturbed. Other than that it is ok.
