I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful front desk staff who were very helpful for our early check-in. Although it cost extra, it was very helpful for us who were having a party in Bandung. The room was quite spacious but not soundproof, because many guests brought small children, so during rest time it was quite disturbed because the children were still running in the hallway and playing in the room at bedtime, which was also very audible from the room. For amenities, it seemed incomplete, because there were no head covers and also hand towels. And the towels should be replaced (please note), because the color of the white towels is thin and shabby (hopefully the management will have the fortune to replace the towels). And please, the chairs in the room should also be replaced immediately because they have holes and are quite disturbing for guests. For those on the night shift, if there are no chairs in stock to replace the broken ones, please let me know so my husband doesn't have to wait. For BF, the rice was quite dry and hard. The noodles were still sticky when immediately thrown in even though the soup was delicious. My son really liked the mountain chocolate and the best attraction of this hotel is the billiards. 👍👍👍👍👍 But please pay attention to the damaged stick so it can be replaced. In essence, this hotel is still worth recommending for a stay in Bandung.

The bathroom and room need updating. The shower is rusty. The glass in the room is mossy. There's a wide variety of food. The playground is very basic. There's no welcome drink. Parking is difficult, but fortunately, there's valet parking. The location is in the city center. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed because I thought we were staying at a well-known hotel, just like other Mercure hotels.

The staff is friendly. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom shower leaks, the faucet is tilted so water goes everywhere, the hair dryer doesn't work, and the rickety table is no longer suitable. It's really bad.

Stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms. One room was fine, but the other was completely underwhelming. • The first night, the room facing the main road was incredibly noisy at night, and the refrigerator wouldn't cool. • The second night, I moved to a room facing the complex, and the noise from the upstairs room was still there, like people stomping and stomping, and the neighbors were laughing and talking loudly. The refrigerator wouldn't cool, and the technician tried to fix it, but it was futile. My mattress sank in, and I woke up sore. • The third night, my neighbors seemed to have just checked in at 2 a.m., talking loudly, and the door sounded like it was being slammed shut. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough for a chiller. I have small children, so it was extremely uncomfortable for a night's rest. The hotel should maintain the refrigerator regularly, as it doesn't even keep canned drinks cold. Breakfast was mediocre, not even up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The menu lacked variety and tasted bland. Even when the food ran out, refills were slow, and even at 9 a.m., many of the dishes were empty. On the first day, June 27th, I even found a fried noodle dish that was nearly stale, smelling stale and mushy. I complained to the staff, and the pan was immediately removed from the buffet after the staff took a few noodles and took them to the kitchen (presumably to report to the kitchen). But for the service, I give it a thumbs up, as every complaint was addressed well.
