The location is in the city center, in front of the XXI cinema. Next to the hotel, there's a fried chicken shop that sells really well. I didn't get a chance to try it because there was always a queue. Amplas, Gramedia, and McD are nearby. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast menu was very enjoyable. Everything was delicious.

Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. Request a connecting room. The breakfast menu was extensive and varied. Stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed somewhat.

The family room has toys for the kids. It's comfortable, although the swimming pool doesn't have a children's area.

Very bad. I booked two rooms, the vouchers were issued, and when I went to check in that evening, I waited a long time and found out there was only one room available. Very disappointing service.

The rooms, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The strategic location makes it easy to find food nearby.

They say it's a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion it's a 2-star hotel. All the services are really bad, the receptionist is rude, the staff are poorly monitored, there's only 1 staff who I think is okay, his name is Indra, Indra's service is okay apart from that, there's nothing good in my opinion. The BF is also ordinary, there's nothing wow from a 4-star hotel. To book a room you have to request, whereas there shouldn't be a need to request if there is a room with 1 big bed, and another thing is the bathroom is also really bad, there is no spray, my child fell in the bathroom, there should be a spray, not all rooms are for adults only, there are small children too so my child fell from the bathroom and his forehead was bleeding. I've been here once and will never come here again.
