The staff at the front office were very helpful, especially with parking the car.

The hotel staff is friendly, not awkward, the location of the accommodation is quite strategic.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was nice, neat, and clean. The bathroom was okay, and the pool was clean, and it was family-friendly. Holiday Beach Inn is top notch. I'll be checking in here again next time I visit Pangandaran. See you Pangandaran & Holiday Beach Inn.

I booked 2 rooms, 102 and 107. The superior type 102's AC leaked several times until a bucket was used for it :( The 107 AC wasn't cold at all, it was too hot, please maintain the AC, but the others were still good which made me want to keep going there.

It's great to bring the family

Got the 3rd floor, the door was in bad condition, the bathroom toilet was "tired", the room was not very comfortable.

It's not very good and needs maintenance. The rooms are on the top floor, but there's no elevator, so you can imagine. The walls are peeling, and more.

For the price, the AC is poorly maintained, making it noisy like a helicopter ride and not cooling optimally. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Recommended and nice for families and not too far from the beach

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the food in the restaurant is also delicious, the swimming pool is clean, I got a room on the 3rd floor and the back balcony directly faces the sea, basically if I go to Pangandaran again I want to stay here again.

Traveling from Jakarta to Pangandaran and unsure where to stay, I finally found a room at Holiday Beach Iin. The room was very adequate for four people. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff also arranged parking. Thank you, Holiday Beach Iin

I booked Suite A. The positives were the price, it was totally worth it (1 room for 5 people for <500,000), close beach access, and decent facilities (AC, Wi-Fi, water heater, and pool). The negatives were that there was only one clear TV channel. The pool was actually okay, but the water really stung my eyes. Overall, I was satisfied. Oh, and the staff were friendly (high ++)...

The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant with friendly service.

Very comfortable, cold AC, hot water, fragrant and clean room, clean swimming pool, close to the beach, lots of food around the hotel. The breakfast menu is so-so, the downside is there are only 3 TV channels, and the wifi is slow. But overall good.

The staff are all nice, the service is satisfactory.

Basically it's okay, the cleanliness of the environment and the hotel rooms are also okay, friendly..
