Hot AC, Dirty Floor. Dirty bathroom. The table is about to collapse. The case of a lot of sand. The bathroom door is broken. The bathroom window doesn't have a lock.

The swimming pool is quite big but not clean enough, the air conditioner is not cold enough. Suggestions, please give a large trash can so that it is clean.

Gak tau saya yang salah pesan atau apa, tapi kamarnya gak sesuai sama di foto. Dapatnya yang kamar kayu gitu bangunannya, padahal di foto kaya hotel pada umumnya bukan model hiomey gitu. Saran aja tolong tampilkan foto yang sesuai, untuk kenyamanan juga. Di tambah AC kurang dingin dan berisik suasananya.

room is small and different with hotel description on web. we have got moist and badan smell from the deluxe room which is near of swimming pool location.

The hotel is comfortable. It's not noisy like it's too loud and the traffic jams peak during a long weekend holiday season rich in this. Suitable for resting. The swimming pool can really be a private swimming pool. The waiter is friendly but the scenery is not okay. But good overall.

This hotel is a very full packaged hotel, with a low price we can got almost everything you need. The place was near to cimory and other fun places, all I can say that this hotel was worth to pay. eventho the ac a little bit hot, but the weather was fine so its not a massive problem.

The hotel staff is friendly, only the rooms have a lot of ants, the hot water is an error, the air conditioner in the room is not cold, the plugs are only 1 for the TV, so for checking the cellphone it can't.
