The office staff loves living there, friendly & strategic location

In my opinion, this hotel is highly recommended. The staff will take you to your room, the room is spacious, and the breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices. It's the best.

Only the receptionist needs to be upgraded… the room is clean even though it is old style…

All the HTL staff are very unfriendly, there is no smile, it seems they are very indifferent to the guests and the parking area is also difficult.

This time I was disappointed because when I parked my car in the hotel parking area, I was required to pay a parking fee by the illegal parking attendant and even that was allowed by the hotel manager. I was forced to park outside the hotel area which was very far away (I happened to park in the Pringadi Hospital area because it was close to this hotel. Although it was paid but it was guaranteed). Please fix that, secondly for the room that needs to be fixed is to make it soundproof so that it cannot be heard in the next room, because I am disturbed by the activities in the next room and the most important thing is to make it anti-insect. Because ants easily come in the room if there is spilled food. As for breakfast, it suits my tongue, especially missing the typical Medan cuisine, namely lontong and savory rice/nasi lemak. As for breakfast, just maintain the taste and if necessary make it a little different on other days so that other residents do not get bored.

Highly recommended, because the price is too cheap for the hotel's services and facilities.

Reception staff need to be trained to be friendlier and apply a smile when greeting. And the front office desk should not be left behind.

For the room, the sheets are not very clean but they are enough. And for the food, it is quite tasty and varied.

It's pretty good. The staff are friendly.

If there was something left behind, we were told after asking. If we didn't ask, there was no notification from the hotel. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Unfortunately the service was lacking, the AC in the room leaked and dripped, but because we were too tired we didn't complain. And from the room to the hotel lobby it turned out to be a different building so we were too lazy to go out.

The food at the hotel was delicious, the rooms were clean and spacious, only the AC in the room was not cold enough and the telephone was broken.
