The hotel is strategically located on the main road, easy to find, and conveniently located. It's kid-friendly. My kids loved staying here, with plenty of kid-friendly amenities. It made me feel more at home.

From check-in, the staff was friendly, and they asked us to choose our room and floor. There was a variety of fun playgrounds to keep the kids comfortable. The rooms were clean and fragrant. The rooms faced the pool, and the view was perfect. It's perfect for moms and there's a variety of options. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The staff is friendly. Early check-in even though it's a busy weekend, so it seems like the hotel is really prepared to welcome guests from Jakarta. Hehe, we could already check in at 1:00 PM. Cleanliness is good. The room is not too spacious. Take a mountain view room but it faces the road so it's noisy, but the view is okay. The BF menu is varied. An 8-year-old child is charged 50k, still affordable. There are lots of facilities for children, including movie nights on Saturday nights. You can chill with your children while having quality time. When you're hungry at night, the hotel's location is on the roadside so you can just cross the street if you want to find food, Alfamart is also close. It's worth staying here. This is also the second time my family and I have stayed here. You guys should also try it, a budget hotel in Puncak with good facilities for children. Thanks Grand Diara❤, we will be back soon👋

The location is not too far from the toll gate. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the price is affordable. It just needs an upgrade to the air conditioner, which wasn't cold enough, and it was a bit noisy with traffic sounds audible from the room.

We stayed here 10 years ago for our anniversary. It was a great hotel by all accounts. We returned in September '26 and brought the kids. The hotel was completely different: cockroaches in the bathroom and on the tables, the furniture was dull, the food selection was minimal, and the swimming towels were torn. It was a real shame.

It's always a pleasure to stay here, a favorite hotel every time I visit Puncak, from my first to my third child 😂. The hotel is comfortable, has complete facilities, delicious food, and a very strategic location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The downsides might be the TV, which still needs to be upgraded to a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi quality can be intermittent. Otherwise, it's perfect. 👍

The front view of Gunung Semi Restaurant. I read reviews of the food that weren't very good, but everything I had was delicious and varied, especially the bubur sumsum and burtem. The staff, including the security guards, were all friendly and always greeted customers with smiles. I love this hotel. I will be back.

It's a really fun vacation here, close to Cimory Dairyland. There's a children's and adult pool, a mini playground, and a claw machine for you to play. It costs 10,000 rupiah per coin.

For the food is very bad, no change.
