My kids were so happy and excited, and it was perfect to have a pool view. Love it!

a comfortable hotel for children... I've stayed here twice. The breakfast has a lot of menus and it tastes delicious. The swimming pool is nice. There's a playground near a minimarket. Basically, I'll come back again if I go to Puncak.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly... The facilities are also kid-friendly, with a swimming pool and mini playground. It's also right on the roadside, so finding food is easy.

The food is delicious, but there is not enough variety. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, especially the rooms are very clean. There are lots of games so the kids like it. I have stayed at Grandiara twice when I go to Puncak.

The hotel staff is very friendly and on-site, even though the phone in the room doesn't work, they can still respond via WhatsApp. The restaurant also responds quickly if there are orders in the room. There are no non-smoking rooms so the bathroom still smells a bit of cigarettes, the exhaust must be on all the time so it doesn't get stuffy. Breakfast with a view ❤️ is cool and the outdoor playground is simple but well-maintained, the playground near the lobby is also clean, the kids are happy. When they go home they get balloons, which is memorable for the kids.

The strategic location is close to Papadino, Tahu Susu Lembang, and other tourist attractions. The breakfast menu is varied and there are ample sports facilities.

The hotel is right on the side of the road, so it's easy to find. The hotel is comfortable for the price, there's a hair dryer, a treadmill, and a bike, but the AC is noisy. Breakfast, which is fried rice, isn't very salty, but that's probably a matter of personal preference, but I found it a bit salty.

Back here again.. but note the cleanliness of the bathroom, the leaking bathroom ceiling.. and the quality of the towels which in my personal opinion is no longer adequate.. and when I had breakfast at the restaurant, the chicken was still red..

The hotel is strategic because it is on the side of the main road, easy access. The service is very good, especially when checking in. I happened to check in at 11.30 and was able to enter the room. It's really good. The cleanliness of the room is also okay. Just add some freshener for the towels, because the towels I got smelled a bit musty. The food is standard but still delicious. It can be used as a reference for staying around Puncak. I can stay here again next time.

The hotel service is very friendly, the security and receptionist are also very helpful, the other staff are also friendly, the room smells good, check-in time can go straight in because the room is ready, no need to wait until 14.00, at 12.00 you can check in very helpful, all the food is delicious, it's just less varied maybe because it's a weekday but it tastes good, the next choice for a vacation to Puncak again is suitable for bringing little ones.

Everything is fine, but there should be a designated smoking area so people don't smoke in random places. There are seats with ashtrays in the lobby so people can smoke there. Less than 100 meters away is a playground for children. I accompanied my child playing there until he couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the room. It turns out my headscarf smelled of cigarettes. Please provide a designated smoking area so people don't smoke carelessly. By God's will, yesterday I got a room where the AC wasn't cooling enough to make me feel hot. I wanted to call a technician but I was too lazy.

I've stayed here twice. The first time the room was satisfactory, but for the second stay I got room 201. As usual, the staff was friendly, but the room's AC was very noisy. The minibar unit didn't work, and the toilet had a full drain under the shower. If you don't open it, the water doesn't drain and it pools. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

The hotel is strategically located, very child-friendly, clean, has a nice atmosphere, complete facilities, and a varied food selection. I want to come here again next time 😍

The staff are friendly, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious, check in is easy, the room is as ordered, the location is strategic, there are lots of children's games so my child likes it, towels are available near the swimming pool, so if you want to swim you don't have to bring a towel from the room. Everything is good, happy to stay at the Grand Diara hotel.

In terms of food, breakfast is still lacking in variety, and we wanted to relax for a long time, as if we were being told off by the hotel, hehehe, even though we should be free, not limited by time. Oh yeah, one more thing, it's not even check-out time yet, it's still 11:00 AM, and we're already being called to ask if we want to CO or continue staying? It seems like we're in a hurry to get rid of them. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future, but as long as it doesn't exceed the CO limit, 12:00 PM is fine, right? Guests still want to sleep or whatever, as long as it's not later than CO time...

This hotel was recommended by a friend, it turned out to be really worth it for the kids, strategic location for going anywhere
