Great, friendly service, I came at 1 am but was greeted in a friendly manner, you can also leave your items if you have already checked out, the best

we checked in around 7pm and got a small dirty room with dirty walls with damaged wallpaper in many places, the bed sheets had stains and smelled like they were not washed after every customer, the bathroom also had dirty walls, smelled like urine and there was no air freshener

I stayed here to take my child to a UGM exam, and it's close to the Faculty of Engineering. The hotel is quite good for the price. The water and heater are working well, but the pillows are a bit flat. The service is very friendly. It's located in a residential complex with lots of boarding houses for UGM students. stayed for 2 days, June 23-25, 2025, it was safe. The AC was cold, the bathroom had hot water, the bathroom was also clean. The TV also worked well. The downside: - The receptionist probably forgot to tell CS to clean the room on the second day, even though they had requested it to be cleaned before leaving the hotel. - The AC remote control cannot be used, so the room temperature is always cold because the temperature cannot be set.

The staffs are great, but the ambiance is kind of negative and dark. There were stains on the bed. The floors kind of sticky if you step on it barefoot. The bathroom is nice. Appreciate the window. It shows the price. I may back here again if the options are limited.

Overall it's okay, the best one for the price I might say.

The staff were helpful and friendly. This accommodation is just a walking distance to UGM campus. So it was very helpful to stay there while having something to be taken care of at UGM.

I'm really sorry but the real thing is very different from the photo, the room smells really bad, when the AC is turned on the aroma becomes even more intense, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work at all either :(

Strategic location, broken bathroom door, cleanliness is okay, blanket is not suitable, given a thin blanket

The room is very close to the motorbike parking lot, which is open 24 hours. The kids were always shocked. But the rest is okay.

The hotel staff is quite friendly. The location is in the UGM complex which is quite comfortable.

When we stayed overnight, the TV was still analog, there were lots of ants on the TV, the AC was leaking so it dripped onto the floor. Parking was limited so we parked at my son's boarding house.

Nice place, with nice staff. Perfect for traveler who search for budget hotel
