everything is super. location, cleanliness, food and friendly staff

no ac. only with fan. open window to get more air cooler (natural)😆. nice for the rooftop. but smoking area.

The TV was not on when the report was made, thank God the staff was quick to respond, although it took a long time because they had to replace another TV. The car was already clean after being washed in the morning. The food was standard and the restaurant had a small capacity.

My honest review, The receptionist : to be honest, helpful and nice, but when I asked them to check the shower, they didn't come to my room. I'm not sure, but I mean if they came while we had breakfast, please contact us immediately. Dinner meals : kwetiaw 9/10, dessert 9/10, Room (premium deluxe) : homey, clean, water heater i think doesn't work or something. Breakfast : my husband said our dinner meals taste better than our breakfast especially for fried rice. housekeeping : so helpful, summary , imho : staff : 8.5/10 room : 8/10 dinner : 9/10 breakfast : 8/10

With prices up to 800 but the facilities are only a fan, there are not many choices of breakfast menu.

I really like this hotel, the service is also good, the hotel is clean, the best, I want to give a suggestion if possible to provide white rice for the children :) thank you.

The location is very far, the breakfast place is far away. There is no AC in the room.

Fasilitas air panas tidak ada, wifi pun tak bisa disambungkan. Sprei dan selimut kurang bersih, saat tiba kolam renang pun tidak bisa digunakan karena sedang renovasi. Makanan dan pelayanan cukup oke.

Awalnya baca komen masih ada yang positif, memberanikan diri pesan di hotel ini, ternyata harga jauh dari ekspektasi. Paling tidak bersih dan fasilitas dalam kamar tidak rusak, saya sudah sampaikan ke receptionis ketika check in, mohon dikasih kamar yang baik dan tidak bermasalah, namun di abaikan oleh receptionis. Next cari yang lain, cukup tahu saja. Sangat tidak disarankan 🙏. Sebelum anda kecewa 🙏.

Stayed in a new suite triple room in front of the pool, Nice room according to the picture, the drawback is there is no coffee, sugar, bath soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and hotel slippers, breakfast buffet, fried rice only.

1 Shower slangnya bocor, 1 jet shower toilet ada yang macet. Kasur kurang keras/nyaman dan seperti ambles ke bawah. Villa perlu ditingkatkan perawatannya.

All equipment works, neat, clean. And also the cool green atmosphere and the well-maintained swimming pool so the water is clean. Definitely make me want to come here again.

Spacious room in well manicured grounds with excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Good internet. Car wash was appreciated the first night as our car was dirty. Warm shower was nice. Breakfast was very ordinary. A very good place to stay.

We have subscribed for the week end here and are very satisfied.

Udara dingin, kamar bersih nyaman, luas anak-anak suka, water heater berfungsi baik, kolam renang lumayan. Minusnya bagian front office tidak. Menjelaskan sarapannya jam berapa dan bagaimana, telepon kamar dipencet mau telepon FO malah salah ke kamar lain. Overall bagus.

Saya saranin kalo mau nginep jangan bungalow yang belakang mendingan yang di depan-depan aja soalnya yang saya ambil sepi banget trus belakangnya ada pohon bambu gede-gede sekali saya aja sampe ga bisa tidur untung aja satpam sering lewat-lewatan, tetapi di sini tuh pegawainya ramah ramah banget kolom renangnya enak gede banget taman bermainnya banyak next pengen ke sini lagi tapi ambil bungalow yang di depan.
