Comfortable for those on business trips, friendly staff from start to finish, cold AC

Everything was fine except the room. The AC was extremely hot even at 16°C. After all, this is a hotel, and what we're selling is room comfort. We immediately installed the CO2 before it was time to clean it because it was really hot in the room, and we were sweating. The two deluxe rooms and one superior room all had the same AC. Hopefully, there will be improvements regarding room comfort.

The room's AC wouldn't cool, even though the temperature was set to 16 degrees. The lights went out repeatedly at night, too. Complaints from the hotel receptionist were met with no response. It didn't justify the high room rate.

The atmosphere in the room is quite pleasant because it is spacious and clean. Hopefully, next time there will be a water tap in the bathroom to make ablution easier. There is also a vitrage. The breakfast menu is delicious, Tegal soto. Other things need to be updated with the taste and menu.

stayed at this hotel because of fatigue on the toll road during the 2025 Eid homecoming. the distance is about 4 km from the Tegal toll gate so it is easy to reach. quite a lot of travelers stay at this hotel. the hotel is comfortable, security, receptionists and restaurant staff are friendly

The hotel location is very strategic, on the main highway & close to the city center and toll gate. The staff service is quite good and friendly. The food in the restaurant is quite good at breakfast. Only the room is not comfortable, the AC is not cold enough, the bathroom has an unpleasant odor.

The first impression when entering the lobby feels hot, entering the room is also hot. The AC is not cold. The cleanliness is a bit lacking because there are many rust marks in the bathroom, the smell of the bathroom is also not pleasant. Towels, pillow cases are dull, they should be replaced. There is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, only toothbrushes and toothpaste. The swimming pool is good, but the water in the pool toilet is not running, it should be considered again. The food in the restaurant is quite varied for standard taste. The staff service is friendly, overall it needs to be considered in terms of cleanliness and guest comfort. Thank you.
