Minta view yang bagus namun receptionis ngk ada respon. Langsung kasih kamar lantai. 1 padahal lantai. 2 kosong.

Kamarnya kurang bersih. Waktu check in, di kamar mandi banyak pasir dan semut. Lalu, di lemari banyak sarang laba-laba dan laba-labanya. Dan parkit kamar-nya juga pada rusak, harusnya ganti aja ke keramik biasa. Kulkas-nya juga rusak akhirnya diganti baru. Pas nyalain TV, ternyata TV-nya rusak juga. Sudah malas komplain deh. Sarapan-nya diantar ke kamar cuma nasi kuning, telur ceplok, teh manis. Yang bagus cuma view-nya doang dari lantai 2.
