It was scary, but okay. I even got a room downgrade because it was far from the reception.

The view is the best, and the atmosphere is calming. Since I rented a cottage, it's quite far from the hotel lobby, so it was a bit confusing to find it. There was no hotel staff to direct me. The pool has a nice view, but the changing rooms were a bit scary because they were so quiet. Breakfast was good, but there wasn't much variety.

At first I was scared but now it makes me happy.

My first staycation here was great for those who really wanted a staycation, because the place was quiet, cool, and chill. The room was designed like an old house, but it was actually modern inside. It was big but not stuffy/damp, very clean, especially the toilet, and the mattress and pillows were clean, white, and still very soft, as if they were just recently renovated. I really appreciate it😁

(Stayed at the Hastinapura cottage for 6 people) The admin was very responsive and humble, answering questions and helping me choose a room. 1. People say this cottage is spooky because it's located in the back. It's a bit dim, but with the family around, the atmosphere becomes warm and not scary. 2. The cottage I stayed in was equipped with a smart TV and fairly strong Wi-Fi (although it did cut out briefly). 3. Access to the cottage is a bit uphill, so a skilled driver is required. 4. Cleanliness is maintained, but because it's located near trees, there are lots of insects and mosquitoes (bring mosquito repellent). 5. There's hot water, a hair dryer, and a sink with hot and cold water. 6. Breakfast and the swimming pool are located in the colonial house. However, I think access to the cottage and the colonial house can be done by walking in the morning because the road is downhill. I asked for a pick-up service when returning. 7. I was satisfied with the view, the cottage, and the service. But the breakfast is lacking (not very varied). 8. This accommodation is far from the city, so prepare before you arrive... In my opinion, Hastinapura Cottage has a better view and a more peaceful atmosphere than Bharata Pura Cottage.

There are still many things that need to be fixed by Kaliandra, including: 1. Uneven wifi coverage, Tengger A room does not get wifi access which results in inconvenient communication because the provider signal is also not available because the hotel is located on a mountain and in the middle of a forest. The hotel management should be able to overcome this if the technician on duty carries out routine checks for all areas of the hotel covered by wifi 2. Sheets, pillowcases, bedcovers and towels feel damp when you first check in the hotel, this is because the hotel is in the mountains with cool air. The hotel management should be more responsive by investing in a laundry dryer and drying the items that will be used by hotel guests when checking in to the maximum so that guests do not come into contact with damp items that feel less clean 3. Most of the hotel buildings are in a state of disrepair, giving a haunted impression. It would be better for hotel management to rearrange the rooms that can be rented (initial priority in Rumah Kolonial while renovating/rejuvenating other parts of the hotel) and only sell the rooms after the building is in good condition to be occupied 4. Owners who live in the hotel area should also be able to interact with guests, considering the location or building of the hotel which is quite heritage, so that they can also provide insight into the origin of the hotel and the family tree of the original owner of the building. This will be an added value for Kaliandra itself That is the honest review that we can convey, professional hotel management is needed to be able to improve to be better, the rest is up to the next visitor to judge the Kaliandra resort. Choose this hotel because it is a proper and affordable hotel that is closest to Taman Safari. Happy because I got a free upgrade and the room is nice. In addition to being nice, the room is spacious, clean, and has all the standard amenities. It's already cold here so no need for AC anymore. The resort area is very spacious, so you can walk around and take pictures. There are no complaints about the rooms and facilities, but the food should be improved for its taste.

very impressive stay at Kaliandra Resort. Because at that time the only available room was the Executive Suite in Villa Ledug, so what can I do, the outside atmosphere is a bit scary but once you enter the room, it's very warm like a kingdom, but the bathroom is very modern and spacious. All the facilities are not malfunctioning, and very clean. Next time I come here again, I want to stay in the colonial room in the front building.

Actually, when I first entered, I was already happy with the atmosphere of the colonial house restaurant, it was nice, comfortable, far from the crowds. But when I entered the room, I saw that the room was dirty, wow, so I wasn't excited anymore :( When I wanted to sleep, there were lots of ants on the floor of the room up to the bed. The bathroom smelled strange and the bathroom tub was intentionally left empty so it looked like it was covered in moss (?) The tea was moldy, the tissue smelled damp. The wifi didn't reach the top, there was no signal at all on several providers so it was difficult to complain. Because there was no telephone provided in the room either. I think I'll think twice about staying here. But the service is friendly. Thank you
