When I first arrived, I was confused about where the place was, but it turned out to be hidden downstairs. The rooms were clean, the facilities were functioning well, and the parking lot was spacious. Thank you.

I couldn't sleep all night because I was scared. In addition to the terrace door being broken and having to make minor repairs by the staff, the room was also damp, smelled bad, and was also lacking in cleanliness. The staff were quick, but the atmosphere of the hotel was not pleasant at all. I happened to be alone and it felt scary. My room happened to be at the very end and on the ground floor, so the hallway was dark and creepy. I don't recommend coming alone, at least have a friend to chat with

The location of the hotel is very good. The view is.... amazing. Both the balcony and the bathroom directly face the caldera and Lake Batur.

I was lucky enough to get a view of Sein. This is amazing, really awesome, the Kintamani view.

At first I was hesitant reading the reviews. But when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out to be amazing. I stayed here for 2 nights. Superior room. Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean toilet, complete with hot water. The view from the room window is amazing. Thank you The Cave.

The room and view were nice, but yesterday I was a bit disappointed because I got stinky towels and the terrace was leaking.

The room position is down the stairs so it's a bit of a hassle to bring a lot of stuff, the hallway smells a bit. The room has lots of flies and insects. It feels uncomfortable because it's like being in a market, not a hotel. There's a slight smell in the room when you first enter. When reading the reviews, it seems like a good and comfortable hotel, but it turns out it's not as imagined. For those who want to stay, it's better to survey the location first before deciding to stay or not, because the reviews don't match expectations. For the price of around 413 thousand without breakfast. There are no complaints from the receptionist, they just don't provide enough options for customer satisfaction. Thank you

There is no breakfast, climbing stairs with lots of stuff is tiring, but it is highly recommended to stay here if you go to Kintamani, you can really get a mountain view 😍.

Lots of dust in the corners of the room, the balcony is not clean 🙏🏻

no AC, very small shower water. cat poop dried up in front of the balcony, making me lose my appetite. should be able to spray it with water to clean it, even though the view is very nice

The hotel used to be better than when I checked in yesterday, now it's a bit dirty, the bathroom smells of urine, it also smells of cow dung, the walls need to be renovated because they are dirty and stained, the blankets also have lots of stains and dirt, the TV only has 1 channel, not recommended if you are a clean person, you will definitely feel uncomfortable, but the service here is very good, they are willing to help you carry your suitcase up and down because you have to go up and down quite a high staircase to get to the room

The view is great, directly to the mountain and lake from the room balcony. It's just that the receptionist is not very responsive. They said that they could WA 24 hours, but it turned out that until check out, no WA was answered from us.
