The staff is friendly, the housekeeping service is really good, the rooms are cleaned every day, it's really the best to stay at this hotel.

The only downside is the receptionist, they were not in a single set, they were mostly chatting with their partners, from check-in to check-out. Very unprofessional. Check-in had to wait a long time, while the group that had just arrived could immediately check-in even though it was not yet 2 o'clock. When it was time to check-out, they were told to wait while the room was still being checked, after waiting a long time, they were not told that the room check was finished if we didn't ask. They were mostly chatting even though Grab had been waiting for us for a long time. The receptionist was really bad.

Every time I go on holiday to Bali, I stay at Siesta. I can't remember how many times I've stayed 😁 It's definitely affordable, close to Legian. Close to the beach. Easy to find food. Highly recommended.

I booked a room for three people with my child, but was given two rooms with connecting doors. The hotel is very nice. There's an Alfamart a short walk away, so if you need anything, just walk. There's a shop in front, which has everything you need. My husband bought flip-flops for only Rp20,000, which were great. The room is quite large, so it's comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly. Recommended if you're looking for a hotel around Legian.

The hotel staff was kind, even though it wasn't check-in time. When they found out we hadn't rested after a 26-hour trip, they finally allowed us to check in early. Thank you, Sis. To the other staff, I hope greetings become a standard at this hotel. But to the young security guard, who was very responsive in helping us park our vehicle, thank you very much.
