The TV was broken and couldn't be used. The room smelled bad when I entered, and the bathroom was full of insects like flies in the morning.

The shower was not very good. The water flowed unevenly because the shower head was clogged. The bathroom water smelled a bit. The soap dispenser was EMPTY, and I asked for it to be filled but it wasn't. Toothbrushes and Wi-Fi had to be requested before they were given. The elevator also needed repairs.

Reception helpful, place easy to find and close to everywhere.

I canceled my planned 6-night business trip, staying in two rooms, after the first night because I was itching. After checking, I found the mattress was infested with bed bugs. There was no apology, and I felt guilty from the hotel or booking agent. So I'm uploading actual reviews from the hotel and booking agent service, hoping for some change.

The location is strategic. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel.

Got room 510 Family Room, couldn't sleep because it was so noisy, no soundproofing at all, facing the rooftop cafe ODOS, students hanging out laughing until morning could be heard in the room, the outdoor AC was also very loud. I'll show you a photo of the rooftop cafe opposite which was still bustling with activity at 3 a.m.

The AC is not cold, the bathroom smells sharp and the bedcover is in a dull condition.

Not maintained, the front lobby is messy, the elevator is hot, the room walls are peeling, the broken sink faucet was not fixed or offered to move rooms, the bathroom smells, no tissue provided, the trash can is only in the bathroom, the towels are moldy.

The location is strategic, close to campus, lots of food around, limited motorbike parking, close to the pharmacy.

Worth for money, if it's just for bathing and sleeping it's not a problem, yesterday the room key was problematic, even using a metal key, the smell of the toilet penetrated the room so it smelled really bad, towels and soap dispensers are available, other toiletries bring your own, hot water for bathing is safe, no electric kettle, TV don't know how to turn it on burez, but it's not necessary because it's always out, maybe there's no make up room service, stayed 2 nights, 2 mineral waters were prepared in the room during the stay.

Good hotel, friendly staff, overall very suitable for staying in Jogja

The elevator was old and had been out of service, even though the hotel went up to the fifth floor. The bathroom, towels, and sheets were damp, and smelled unpleasant. There was no parking arrangement for hotel guests.

Please check the soap dispenser, if it is a press-type dispenser, please check it to prevent damage to the device.

It turns out the bad reviews on Google are not true, the place is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, only the fried rice is a little less salty.

Bring your own soap because you won't get any amenities.
