I stay here every year. It's clean and quiet. I took a family room with a direct view of Lake Toba. Breakfast was okay. The only downside is the stairs for seniors.

I checked in at 4 PM in a suite, with an amazing lake view. But when I entered the room, I was disappointed: it was brand new, with a wet mop. The bathroom was still wet, and the shower wasn't working. I asked for a room change, but they didn't give me one, just told me to turn on the AC so the room would dry out faster. The breakfast was also very basic: fried rice, fried noodles, and only protein, such as a sunny-side-up egg, an omelet, and an omelette, haha... very different from the hotel next door.

Relaxing stay, definitely will come back for another holiday.

The location is strategic, not far from the harbor, beautiful view of Lake Toba, spacious and quite clean rooms, but the food choices are very limited and the taste is lacking in my opinion.

It was truly a pleasure staying here. Two nights passed quickly, and I kept wanting more...
