We booked 3 rooms and chose connecting rooms, with a choice of 1 large bed and 2 twin beds, but upon check-in the staff was very rude and very unfriendly. We were given separate rooms, one of which was even located very far from the main entrance of the hotel, even though we had asked the receptionist for help because we had elderly parents and a pregnant woman. But the staff immediately said they couldn't and didn't offer any solutions or alternatives, even with a curt tone and a grumpy face. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered a receptionist with such a bad attitude, even though the front office really reflects the image of a hotel. Really disappointed.

Always a favorite for family vacations, with its wide range of children's play facilities and friendly staff, who greet you with a smile every time you pass by. However, this time I had a problem with Wi-Fi access, so I couldn't use the facilities, and I was a bit lazy to confirm, so I used my own internet. Other than that, it was very satisfying and I will always be a family friend 🥰

Overall, the service and hotel environment were good and comfortable. A suggestion: the towels provided were not very clean and musty.

First time staying here. The environment is beautiful. Starting from the check-in process, the service is good, but unfortunately the room on the 1st floor was not available yet, so I was given one on the 3rd floor. Then when I entered the room, I didn't get a welcome drink (mineral water). They said it was a standard room so they told me to get it outside, but I didn't see any gallon. Then the swimming pool is dangerous because there are loose tiles, which ended up making my child's feet bleed. And the playground area is being repaired so the children can't play in the playground...

Someone should be able to deliver sahur meals to the parents' room, as they are unable to walk for long periods due to their health. The restaurant and the room are in different buildings, requiring a walk of approximately 200 meters, making it a 400-meter round trip.
