Clean, fragrant room, really clean bathroom, I like it, that's the most important thing 🥰

This is the second time I've stayed at this kids-friendly hotel because the kids always want to come back for a staycation at MaxOne.

Room service doesn't include an in-room telephone. Then I tried ordering food through the app, but the response was slow, so I canceled. Next time, I hope it's better.

Initially, we booked two rooms from June 3-5, including breakfast, but when we checked in, we weren't told where breakfast would be served. We thought it would be delivered directly to our room, but it wasn't. So, on the first day of our stay, we ordered breakfast from outside. On the second day, we asked the receptionist, and it turned out they were serving breakfast at the restaurant. Next time, the receptionist needs to be more active 🙏🏻. All the facilities are good, and it's very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Early check-in was possible. The lobby was very comfortable for waiting. The room attendant was very helpful. The feedback for the room was that it was a bit small, but very comfortable with the high bed and divan type.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were quite clean (the shower floor was a bit slippery), the liquid soap was forgotten to be refilled, the breakfast food was quite tasty, the Coto Makassar restaurant and the grilled meatballs were delicious.

I've checked in here many times and it's never disappointing. I was so happy when I got a room with a balcony that directly overlooks the pool and the food is delicious. If you want breakfast here for more than 2 people, it's not calculated based on the child's age but their height. If the child is above 100 cm, it will be charged 45k, and if the child is below 100 cm, breakfast is free.

Great, but that day the electricity went out for a few hours and was given a free voucher for BBQ.

Great, the location is very strategic

We booked 3 rooms and chose connecting rooms, with a choice of 1 large bed and 2 twin beds, but upon check-in the staff was very rude and very unfriendly. We were given separate rooms, one of which was even located very far from the main entrance of the hotel, even though we had asked the receptionist for help because we had elderly parents and a pregnant woman. But the staff immediately said they couldn't and didn't offer any solutions or alternatives, even with a curt tone and a grumpy face. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered a receptionist with such a bad attitude, even though the front office really reflects the image of a hotel. Really disappointed.
