Love it. Can feel the relaxing mood in Bali in this hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I'm sensitive to humidity and the room smelled musty (it turned out that when I checked, the wood in the bathroom was brittle and being eaten by termites). I called the receptionist, and they tried to find a solution, even putting a dehumidifier in my room. They also called me several times to make sure I was comfortable and okay. The service was good, and the location was strategic, just a few meters from the beach and a great place to enjoy the sunrise. The only thing that made the room uncomfortable was the humidity and musty smell.

I really enjoy staying at Artotel, loveeee this place. but unfortunately I’m unable to extend my stay coz hotel take any additional bookings before I confirm to extend , and check out. and the room is fully booked. :(

The staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food. It's a good hotel for the price.

We stayed for work, but it was comfortable enough for us to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, service recommended, and location close to beach and city center.

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast tasty and yummy. The pool area is interesting, not so big.

Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel because of its location and quite satisfactory service.

This hotel was pretty good except the rooms are not sound proof and we had loud guests above us and there was music until around 11pm. The breakfast was ok. But other than that the rooms are super nice and comfortable. We probably wouldn’t stay again though because of the sound proofing.
