The room is very cramped, there is no table or chair for working. The AC is cold. The bathroom is portable, but okay. Hot water is okay. Drinking water comes from a gallon outside the room. Amenities are only 2-in-1 soap and shampoo, no toothbrush, etc. It's really just for sleeping overnight.

Stayed here for 2 nights with the intention of resting but there were emotions. The hotel residents were crowded in the hallway at dawn, the residents next door were joking until dawn who knew what time it was. Very disappointing.

Staying here, I'm sorry, it's a shame that the bed sheets and pillows that are black, stained/marked, faded, etc. should be replaced, because it makes me uncomfortable, and the walls that have dirty hand marks should be cleaned/repainted, because I'm sorry, it doesn't match the advertisement which looks very clean.🙏🙏🙏

The staff was friendly, and the security guard was helpful. I was a little disappointed that there were no amenities, and they weren't informed beforehand. So far, a 4-day, 3-night stay is a good alternative for business in the Alam Sutera area.

If possible, try to avoid having drinking water outside, but have it readily available inside for easy access. However, having it outside is a good idea in case the water supply inside runs out.
