Good job. Sleep well. Great AC. Great bathroom.

The place is ok, comfortable, close to the city center. Want to go anywhere is easy because it is close. For a vacation so it feels fun. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is also clean.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because apart from being close to my workplace, the hotel atmosphere is clean and comfortable, suitable for resting after a long journey.

The hotel is comfortable for families and the price is also affordable, including breakfast, and thank you for the facilities too.

Room 309 AC is not cold but the room is clean and great.

It is really worth staying at Grand Dian. Definitely a regular every time I visit Cirebon. Affordable price with comfortable facilities and delicious breakfast. Recommended for staying in the city center.

For 2 days we stayed at this hotel with 2 rooms. When we first entered the room, no towels were provided. After we contacted CS, towels were delivered to the room. Pillow cases, sheets, and blankets had to be changed. The color that should have been white had turned into a dull brownish yellow, many ants, spiders and their nests were found everywhere, the cleanliness of the bathroom was also very lacking: the toilet and sink were yellow and crusty. The CS officers were also not very friendly.

The staff is diligent, for cleanliness the room service is full, such as towels, tea, sugar.

Old hotel but still looks good. Unfortunately the room AC is not cold enough. The pillows that are already yellowish brown should be replaced if possible and the wall paper that is peeling off needs to be rejuvenated.
