Plus points: 1. Large and clean rooms. 2. Spacious bathroom. 3. Quite complete facilities, there is a swimming pool, gym, garden, and others. 4. Access in the city center, next to a convenience store so it is easy to find food or snacks. 5. The staff are friendly and nice. Minuses: 1. Maybe because it is still under renovation it is noisy. 2. Parking because it is in the same building as the convenience store so it is limited for cars. 3. The AC seems to lack maintenance so it is not cold enough.

Room 436 was hot, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, even though I'd turned it up to 16 degrees. I'm a regular, and this was the first time I'd been able to stay there.
