Great, the AC works well, the facilities are quite good and the room is big.

The room is very dirty and smelly. The mattress is dirty, the pillows smell. The bathroom is very dirty, there are lots of flying animals. The bathroom is exactly like a public bathroom that is not maintained. The photos and reality are 360° different. There is no maintenance from the management.

This is my first time staying in a hotel and there's semen on the bed.

The photos in the app are just deceiving. The room is dirty. The bed frame is troublesome, the mattress is already falling apart when moved, the walls are moldy and need to be repainted, the sheets are blue and itchy, the towels smell musty, there is no trash can, the place to hang clothes is rickety. The AC makes a horror sound, the lights are dim, the shower water is very small. Very disappointing, I have never rented a hotel like this! The only good thing is that the reception is helpful. Photo fraud that does not match reality. I was given room no. 103. Downstairs across from the reception. Ooh yeah the walls are not walls but plywood, it was noisy until I couldn't sleep, I checked out at 12 midnight.

I've been here several times, it was really a bad experience yesterday. There are no towels, no toiletries, the TV doesn't turn on, there are no trash cans, the sheets smell musty, there are no tissues, the walls are dirty. Disappointed!
