The room was really nice, the bed was soft and fragrant, and the bathroom was large, with a bathtub that could be adjusted to your liking. Shampoo, toothpaste, soap, and a hairdryer were provided. The receptionist was also neat and provided clear information. The food was delicious and varied.

My family and I had a truly memorable stay at The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention Centre. After a less-than-pleasant experience at a hotel in Bandung, our visit to Cirebon and stay at The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention Centre seemed to make up for our disappointment during our family vacation. We stayed for one night in three rooms: connecting rooms 638–640 and room 625, which had a stunning view. The hotel is strategically located and very child-friendly. Besides the spacious rooms, the beds were also large and comfortable. Upon check-in, the service was excellent. The bellman was incredibly friendly—unfortunately, I forget his name. After we had already tipped him, our children wanted to give us another, but he politely declined. The next day, when we requested replacement towels because they had gotten wet from swimming, the hotel staff immediately and kindly assisted. Likewise, during check-out, the reception team was very professional and didn't call repeatedly to remind us. After returning from Cirebon, our little daughter apparently left her favorite shoes on the shoe rack in room 638. When I contacted The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention Centre, they quickly checked the room and found them. Less than 24 hours after my report, the shoes arrived at our home. Many thanks to the entire team at The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention Centre for their exceptional service. To this day, when asked where the kids want to go on vacation, they immediately answer, "To Cirebon, staying at Luxton!" — the reason is simple but hilarious: because the beds are spacious, it's great to stay there, Mom 😁🙏. Even though every holiday or Eid holiday, our family almost always travels out of town and stays in hotels. However, this was the first time the kids had commented like that, and they were so impressed. Thank you so much, The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention Centre. Check-in was very smooth, the staff were friendly. It's just a shame the parking was full and we got the basement, it's a long way to the elevator. The junior honey suite was quite clean and big enough. The breakfast was adequate, I'll give it a score of 7.5 out of 10. Oh yeah, for the location, it's close to everywhere, easy to get anywhere. For kids, there are quite a lot of activities held by the hotel, also the pool is enough for children to swim, it's just a shame the water isn't warm. We had a wonderful staycation last night at The Luxton Hotel Cirebon! The room was comfortable and very family-friendly, making it the perfect quick getaway for us. A major highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet—the variety of options was impressive, and everything tasted delicious. The staff was also incredibly warm and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay at Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention yesterday was really enjoyable 🙌 We took the Honeymoon Suite with a jacuzzi, and overall we were very satisfied. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and the ambiance was perfect for quality time with the family. The kids were also happy during our staycation here 😊 One of our favorites was the jacuzzi area, especially for relaxing at night. Just a little input, the ambient lighting in the jacuzzi area happened to be off so the nighttime feel wasn't optimal. If the lighting was on, the vibe would have been much more solid and romantic ✨ But otherwise everything was okay, the service was friendly and the stay was memorable. Next time, I will definitely staycation here again with my wife and kids 👍
