Clean and friendly.. This hotel is my regular when I go to BJM

Hot water not working, poor service.

I stayed at Hotel Wisata Banjarmasin for a few days and was very satisfied with the service. Here are some things I liked: ✅ Strategic Location – This hotel is located in the city center, close to various tourist attractions such as the Floating Market and the Sabilal Muhtadin Grand Mosque. Transportation access is also easy. ✅ Clean & Comfortable Rooms – The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and equipped with adequate facilities such as AC, TV, and hot water. The mattress is soft and makes for a more restful sleep. ✅ Delicious Breakfast – The breakfast menu is quite diverse with a choice of Banjar specialties such as soto banjar and ketupat kandangan. It tastes good and the portions are just right! ✅ Friendly Service – The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out processes are also fast and without any problems. 🔹 Suggestions for Improvement: Maybe the WiFi network can be improved again to be more stable in all areas of the hotel. In addition, parking is rather limited, so it needs to be better organized.

the room is comfortable and clean, minus the bathroom door can't be closed if not locked, the water drain is clogged. Overall good

It's good, from the room, AC, bathroom.

In the description free breakfast and when asked to the staff said it was delivered at 8 am but it turned out it was not delivered until check out. But it's okay. The room is comfortable 👍🏻.

Harga sangat bersahabat, kamar luas ada sofa, akses ke tempat umum dekat, banyak tempat makan dan santai disekitar.

Comfortable, close to shopping center.

The hotel is not firm enough, next to the room there is a noisy guest family who keeps knocking on the door. But there is no special handling from the hotel.

The AC is not cold enough. Then there was no coffee or tea.

The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable but the facilities are really lacking, not even breakfast.

For the price and room facilities it is not very suitable. Many facilities are damaged. Even though it's a hotel, it's more towards an ordinary inn. The price difference between breakfast and not is around 50 thousand. I thought I could get rice for breakfast, but it turns out I only got plain bread and tea :(. Maybe the hotel facilities need to be improved, and adjusted to the price :(

The TV has no sound (broken) unfortunately the budget is decent but the basic facilities are disappointing.

My car has scratches because it wasn't taken care of properly, which is very disappointing.

Service is not friendly and stiff.

It's very disappointing, seen in the complete application details for the executive there is a refrigerator and it doesn't exist, then the receptionist asked for a deposit but the deposit paper wasn't given and after the morning wanted to check out he said he didn't receive a deposit from us, and we didn't accept it, so we want to see cctv to find out the truth but the receptionist didn't dare so please interview the receptionist again, because he's afraid it will happen again.

Di app tertulis dapat sarapan, nyatanya nggak ada, AC remotnya rusak, saluran tv terbatas, suara berisik di luar kedengaran sampai kamar.

Quite comfortable place. Close to places to eat and town.

Great, access to get here and there is not difficult to find a place to eat or hang out.
