It's okay, but the bathroom cleanliness is lacking, there are many stains in the bathroom which I think should be replaced/upgraded again. And for breakfast food variations are lacking and the taste is also lacking, the receptionist and restaurant service is good, thank you

The hotel staff was friendly. It turns out there are two hotel locations. The classic, old building. But since it was full when we checked in that day, it didn't feel intimidating.

Good service, clean rooms, 2 stars are like 4 stars, highly recommended... Deluxe Classic is really good. Spacious rooms are complete

The surrounding environment is quite quiet, the AC is cold, the room is spacious, you can make your own coffee and tea, the bathroom has a shower and bathtub which is very comfortable because it is not slippery, plus long legs like mine are enough ❤️

When I stayed there, there were three groups: one from a tour and travel group (mostly Indian), one from a family gathering, and another from a corporate gathering. This resulted in me being upgraded to a remote room located underground (-2 floors from the ground/lobby). It was very tiring and took time to get to the lobby to get out of the hotel's remote and remote environment. The room was clean and spacious, but very minimally equipped (no hangers in the bathroom, and the amenities were also basic). My biggest regret was the lack of an elevator and the steep and numerous stairs. So, this hotel seems okay for group gatherings, but less suitable for business travelers with high mobility and needing quick access.

The hotel restaurant staff were less than communicative. When I asked what room I was in, I said it was my room. I thought they were going to take it or something else, but they left it and there was no confirmation. There was also an iron in the app. I asked the receptionist and they told me to wait. But after almost half an hour, I was contacted and told they didn't have an iron because they were short of irons.

good.. but they should give you a lift, it's tiring going up and down the stairs

the bedroom and bathroom are dirty. the blanket is full of dust and the pillows smell, the bathroom also smells. the room lights are too dark. the service is also lacking. the breakfast is quite ok. the atmosphere of the place is ok.

Overall very pleasant, just some of the staff are less friendly and less responsive

in room 206 please fix the AC because there is noise from the fan rotation. overall ok. comfortable.

Comfortable hotel atmosphere, very affordable price, delicious breakfast, clean room. Highly recommended for those who stay in Malang.

First check-in at Ubud Hotel Malang, with that price you can get breakfast, the room is clean and comfortable (and most importantly it's cold) really cold (in my opinion). For the bathroom, it's clean, in short it's highly recommended if you want to stay at Ubud Hotel. And most importantly there is no noise from the highway traffic.
