I checked in with my daughter. The hotel is perfect, the size of the room was just nice, the location is very strategic. Easy access to convenient store, malls, attractions and public transportation.

The restaurant is still in rennovation so we have to cross the road to get to a restaurant. Unfortunately the food variety there is not good, also they are short off plate when I come there.

Good Experience with this hotel cause near Twin Tower

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, luggage storage is available, because the restaurant is being renovated, we were moved to the Sesame Restaurant in Ampang, the food is delicious, the teh tarik is great, the staff is also very friendly, check-in and check-out are also fast.

-Water heater was not working. I got to live without hot water for 4 days 3 night. -Room is not very sound proof. Can hear people from another room. -Room and toilet dont look clean. -Walkway to room is dark and gloomy. Dont feel welcoming Overall not good except for location

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to Twin Tower. Beside the hotel are a mall and a supermarket. They need to improve the cleanliness of the bed sheets and room. I arrived late at midnight and got my room. The bedsheet was dusty and have some dirts on it. When you check in, you need to leave a deposit of RM 100, so make sure to prepare some cash.

The hotel is very clean, nice, the staff is friendly, the price is competitive, a step away from Avenue K and KLCC Petronas Suria KLCC, very nice.
