During my 2-night stay with my family, everything was OK. Except for the breakfast, there was a lack of variety. I suggest that the fried food be made on the spot, don't let it get cold. Thanks

When I checked in at 7:30 p.m., I still had to wait almost 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The receptionist didn't answer when asked how long I would have to wait, instead busy typing on the keyboard and making phone calls. I asked twice, and they said housekeeping hadn't copied the information yet, sir.

Clean, very comfortable, nice breakfast. In the basement parking lot there is a ramen restaurant with a pretty exciting ambiance. Keep up the good work.

The sofa is all good, only the wifi needs to be improved because the connection and speed are not good.

The staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff at A.N. Kaindra. The rooms are super clean, and the bathrooms are super clean and spacious. There's a rooftop, swimming pool, and cafe on the 11th floor. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is also beautiful. Recommended to stay here.

I often stay here, the facilities - food & room are very good, but it's a shame that the friendliness of the staff seems like they need more training.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the carpets in the rooms needed cleaning. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Check in was fast and the valet service for the car was also good... but when checking out there was a queue, right?

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view, but the water isn't very clear. The breakfast menu is also quite varied and delicious, including chicken porridge, fried rice, noodles, fruit, salad, bread, waffles, omelets, soto, and more.

It was fun. I would love to stay at this hotel again next time.

Stay for 2 nights while weekend.. the staff was nice, helpful and kind.. greeting and smile. Room was clean but in our room, no ventilation or fan at the bathroom so you need activate AC for 24 hours if you don't want your room smell strange or like damp smell. The linen & towel good, the bed was so comfy but we need 4 pillows instead of 2 in each room. Car park not in the basement but beside of the hotel. Sometimes you need valet when the rooms was fully booked. Overall nice stay and quiet affordable.
