For hot water it works normally.

The hotel facilities are very old, the cleanliness of the hotel area and the rooms are dirty. I ordered 2 rooms and asked for connecting rooms but they were not available, one room on the 3rd and 2nd floors was very disappointing.

Clean rooms, good food, reasonable prices

Overpriced. Dirty bathroom, broken shower like it's about to come off. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. AC is not cold.

Friendly staff, strategic location close to train station.

I stayed the second time, only my room was in the corner above, it felt quiet.

People who haven't checked out are instead presented with a deposit, as if they were being kicked out. What's worse is the receptionist.

As for the room, it's okay, it's just the bathroom that still needs to be repaired.

The room is clean, there is a water heater for bathing, there is a kettle for making coffee tea, clean, friendly service, cold AC, near the city center.

Smelly toilets. Shower water spurts everywhere, not in the direction of the shower.

The location is good, the rooms are nice, but the AC is not cold, in the bathroom when it arrived there was also mouse droppings that were not cleaned.

Air conditioner too long for cooling room, waiting for cool spend time. 👎

There is no water for bathing, the air conditioner is not cold enough (old), it doesn't really matter, but it pays.

Comfortable, friendly, okay, easy to find food.

Good hotel in Cepu. Because of Cepu's weather, many mosquitoes there, but the staff spray the bugs repellent. Easy to book and reedeem the voucher.

The hotel is actually good. Clean and in the middle of the city. A little suggestion that the bathroom be improved so that it is more contemporary and the administration is improved.
