Everything is nice, clean, and the concept is old-fashioned. The only downside is that we booked a room on Traveloka for two people. Because we were staying overnight, they gave us a single room for two.

It's great to be here, we can truly feel the authenticity of the past.

I loved my staying here. I stayed in room 305. The room was comfortable and cozy. Not too spacious, but enough for two. The room was clean and had lots of cabinets to store your stuff. However, the AC took time to get cool. I also found some spider webs near the bathroom ceiling and one of teh cabinets. This didn’t affect much of my staying experience though, but could be solved for hygienic reasons. Keep up the good work!

It was quite surprising to find a homey place in the middle of the city. Full of vintage and old-style furniture, its ambience is enough to keep you comfortable. More than happy to stay at this guest house. As a coffee lover, I am very pleased to find that this house also is a roastery. A good cup of fresh coffee is all you need to energize you. Will be back for sure.

If you're looking for another hotel vibe instead of the ordinary one, Roemah 28 is a good option. I like the ambiance, interior, and antiques around. Tried to enjoy the coffee in the morning outside and just to be present. The location is in the house complex neighborhood, so it's quiet, walkable to the USU. The room is small but enough, and it's comfortable. Just remember if you bring luggages, the rooms are located on the second and third floor, so be ready to bring it by yourself. The staff might help, but when I was there, there's only one staff and I don't think she could help with my heavy luggage. However, it was a nice experience to stay here.

The location is close to everywhere, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the homestay with delicious food. The room is very small for three people, even the space for prayer is only behind the door. But the bed is quite comfortable and soft for resting.

The condition of the hotel is relatively good but the size of the bed is small for a room booked for 2 people and it is very difficult for the elderly or those using canes/wheelchairs because the rooms are above the 2nd floor and require stairs.

I really like the atmosphere of the hotel, I feel at home, clean, tidy, pleasant to look at, very calm here. Will stay here again if I feel dizzy at home :)
