One of the best hotels for staycation in Makassar

Overall, it's good and comfortable. I like the sunset view and the spacious swimming pool. The food is very varied. The TV in the room was broken, but the staff quickly fixed it.

I already informed them that I booked a single bed because I was a group of three with my child. But they gave me two beds. The bed had mites. I was bitten and only noticed them when I checked out. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, but it is very hot during the daylight because the window directly faces the sun even with the curtain closed. But so far, it was a very great experience.

plus (+): 1. location close to Losari beach and Trans Studio Mall, 2. cool view towards Losari beach and 99 dome mosque, 3. complete facilities according to the 5 star title, 4. delicious breakfast, 5. attached to the phinisi point mall (although not many tenants. but not bad). 6. friendly and helpful receptionist, 7. all restaurant crew are friendly and helpful. minus (-): 1. the front security guard is indifferent, doesn't greet, let alone offer help lifting suitcases. just looks at it. hmm. should learn from the blue bank security guard, 2. when we arrived in the room the AC was hot and the safety deposit box couldn't be used, 3. there were 2 operators who came in to fix point 2 above, very uncomfortable, there were 2 people in our room and unfortunately they didn't take off their shoes either. I just changed into clean hotel sandals. so that the room area remains clean to use for prayer, 4. almost an hour waiting for the AC to cool down but it didn't get cold, finally left to go to the mall. and asked to move rooms. given after 2 hours passed. overall it was a pleasant stay there, apart from the minus points, hopefully it can be fixed. success The Rinra Makassar.

The food is not like it used to be

Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast is varied, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Check in took a long time, some receptionists were not very friendly.

I happened to stay in room 707. The AC was not cold since the time I checked in, because it was night and I was tired and woke up sweating and the room was 28 degrees hot. Amazing, I complained but it was still hot until I checked out, even though I had opened it for 2 days. Please, if there is a property that is not suitable, don't sell it. You have paid a lot of money but it's not better. It's sad, right 😱

I've stayed here several times and it's very pleasant... the food is delicious, the car park is spacious... the hotel is next to the mall, it's great

The AC wasn't cold, and the phone couldn't connect to the receptionist. So, my mom was forced to go downstairs because the refrigerator was broken even though I brought baby food. But luckily it was replaced, and it wasn't very cold either. I swear it wasn't worth it at all for the price, which I think is expensive (1 million).
