This is my first time staying in a hotel for more than 1 day, hoping for a comfortable rest. When I first entered the room, it looked normal. Starting from the AC on for a few minutes it started to cool, the TV was accessible. Then I tried to go to the bathroom and something started to go wrong, the shower had no stand so it was left on the floor, there was no hole in the bath tube so it couldn't hold water, the mattress was dirty and still had stains and worse, there were lots of ants under the pillow. My wife and child were covered in bites from ants. I asked for a room change and they said it was full, but I had no choice but to accept it and get some Baygon spray. Yes, maybe it's worth the price, but there should be regular maintenance. Thank you.

The room location does not match the photo, the door lock is difficult to open, the walls are leaking, the ceiling is leaking, the toilet cannot be flushed, the environment is not maintained, the blanket is not clean,

It really doesn't match the photos offered, the hotel feels unkempt, leaks when it rains, there are a lot of mosquitoes because the ceiling is open, there are lights that need to be replaced, but the staff are friendly and quite helpful, the AC works, the TV works, the water heater works.

Very comfortable, safe, and makes you feel at home. Although 4 days and 3 nights is still not enough because access for vacation is very easy, very strategic. Wi-Fi is always strong signal. The whole family is satisfied. The room is spacious, 2 large beds are very comfortable for 4 people. Luckily, we didn't order breakfast at the same time, so we just ordered it from the hotel, which was easy and fast delivery. Overall, it was a great stay here. Highly recommended, cheap but complete facilities.

I don't know why we got a room that wasn't very good, maybe because the Christmas and New Year holidays forced us to sell a room that didn't match the photo in the application.

The actual place is completely not like on the picture I canceled to stay at this hotel because I don't feel comfortable and it's spooky for me and too bad traveloka can't help me for refund I hope traveloka will improve on selecting the hotel. And hope not getting this kinda experience again

Everything is fine, in my opinion. The location is strategic and good. It's close to everything, and the price is affordable for the area.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean

According to the price paid. The water was good at first, but on the second day it was a bit dry, so we showered in the outdoor toilet. Facilities like the wardrobe should be replaced, as the one in my room was already fragile. The lighting in the room also needs to be improved, as it gets a bit dim at night, even though the room is spacious. I was in the room at the very front of the building (still on the first floor).

The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day.

This is my second time here and I like the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike other noisy hotels.

The room is spacious enough for a family, strategic location near tourist attractions and food, cheap price is enough for the mendang mendang like us, the AC is very cold, the toilet is safe, the shower water is hot, you get 4 towels, 4 soaps, 4 mineral waters, only the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets needs to be improved, if necessary repaint them to make them even better 👍👍, don't forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
