Spacious, clean room, strategic location, great view, friendly staff, and we had a great time chatting. Next time I'm in Lembang, I'll stay at Villa Naisha again.

The location is strategically close to everything, but because the villa is located on the Lembang main road, you can still hear traffic noise outside. The villa is quite cozy and homey, but there are ants on the blankets, both on the bottom and top bunks. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

It's nice here, clean, staff are great, cool, fresh, quiet, prices are very reasonable for high season.

Booked 2 rooms and paid. Arrived at the location with severe traffic jam, there was only 1 small room that was not family. Money was refunded with a request from the buyer. Really super bad management. This villa is not yet worthy of being booked through the application.

Enjoyable location, atmosphere, staff, cleanliness. Suggestion for improvement is to provide trash can in the room, because there is only a small trash can in the toilet.

Pelayanannya kurang, yang nginep 5 orang handuk n sendal cuma dikasih 2. Katanya di dapur ada microwave ternyata ga ada. Untuk peak season ga worth it nginap di situ, cuma dapet mahalnya aja, kemana-mana macet, tau gitu nginap di dalam kota aja.

Maaf. Terpaksa saya bintang 1. Mobil saya dan kakak saya. Diberet orang. Ya memang bukan kesalahan pihak Villa. Bapak petugasnya sudah baik. Mencuci mobil. Membantu bawa barang-barang kita malam-malam. Air panas tidak bisa. Dia juga berusaha membantu. Dengan menawarkan kamar lain untuk dipakai mandi. Mohon untuk pihak pengelola diperhatikan CCTV nya terutama ke arah parkir ya. Karena kalau tidak aman. Pengunjung kan was-was juga. Terima kasih.

Minusnya kalo pagi sampai mau check out buka pintu laletnya banyak yang masuk ke dalem ga tau kenapa pada masuk ke dalem. Overall semua bagus dari pelayanan sampai mobil di cuciin biarpun kita ga minta kan jadi ga enak harus ngasih tips seikhlasnya sih next mungkin tanya dulu ya mobilnya mau dicuci atau tidaknya takutnya yang ga suka gimana gitu.

Cocok untuk menginap keluarga, tempatnya nyaman, bersih, rapi. Penjaganya ramah dan baik.

Villa bersih tapi plafond bocor, air hujan langsung jatuh ditangga jadi harus hati-hati untuk orang tua dan anak-anak. Karena tangga itu untuk akses ke lantai 2 (tempat tidur). Sudah telp ke staf hotel tapi ya mau gimana lagi. Saran untuk managemen villa, sebaiknya diperbaiki dulu baru disewakan ke pengunjung.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, ok to stay at this villa. Unfortunately, when I went there, the hot water couldn't come out straight away. Have to wait about 30 minutes. And the results weren't warm. So during the stay the children bathed in cold water due to the cold weather in Lembang.

The villa requires an additional fee because there is an additional 1 person. Staying in villas/hotels everywhere, there are never any rules for adding 1 person, you have to pay 165 thousand and there is no hot water for bathing. The staff is friendly, but because of regulations like 1 it makes for a bad experience staying here.
