aircon is not okay. there are cockroaches in the toilet. overall okay, the room is clean. it's comfortable to stay here

The paint on the wall was chipped because of water damaged of the building. the room looks nothing in the pictures from their website. Facilities was old and rusty. The bedsheet was yellowish and friendly visit from crockroach as soon as we entered the room. Rating 8.3/10 on traveloka is overrated.

The tap water is slow.. if possible, put a mirror on the table so that when we want to put on make-up we don't have to go to the toilet

Bed sheet no change still got indon lotion smells, room smell due to no gully trap in toilet floor trap since construction. Room painting peeling. Noisy gate never been solved. Pressure water pressure.

The condition of the floor is not swept. The air conditioner is dirty, dusty and slow to cool. Very disappointing 😓.

Friendly service. The bed are good with the price paid. Although it 's small but you get what you paid. Overall, I like it. The hotel said no smoking, some still smoking in the hotel.

Safe with the security system at the main entrance, outsiders cannot enter. Satisfied with the equipment in the room. Only the water pressure is a little less. Overall satisfied, reasonable price.

I love the rooms provided. Beautiful, neat and clean. The service is also very good. But very sad the room on the 2nd floor has no water for bathing. Every time I want to take a shower, I have to complain before there is water. That water is very slow. The middle of the shower stop water. Should provide buckets for all 2nd floor rooms. Too bad, the room is beautiful but NO BATHROOM
