The hotel can be easily reached in a few minutes after the toll exit. The staff are all very friendly. We are impressed by the mountain view from the Zen Deck. The gym is clean and good. Also, many vegetarian-friendly options for breakfast.

So far, I've been very satisfied with my stay here, except it's just that there's a lot of maintenance going on. I can't wait to see the kids' zone.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Very kids and family friendly, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Because I was there during school holidays so there were lots of kids activities (you can see them in the lobby/social media). For facilities, there is a 3+1 pool in the suites area. There is also a special pool for children. The kids club is a bit small but comfortable, there are various children's activities such as ATV (paid again), flying fox, feeding rabbits, etc. There is a balcony for photos, in the morning you can jog around the hotel, there is a gym + massage chair. Get free complimentary cake and mirror art (request directly before check-in). The food at breakfast is delicious and varied, maybe the downside is the restaurant is a bit hot (maybe because it is also crowded). On Saturday night I took the time to go to the breeze lounge, I ordered a bagel, it turned out to be very delicious and cheap. Only 25k, because it was late so the discount was only 15k, on Saturday night there is also live music in the restaurant. Definitely will come back!! ❤️

The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area is no longer as pleasant as it was in the past. The weather was much hotter and not as cool as I remembered. While access to the hotel has improved and is now easier, I did not find the overall experience as comfortable as before. The hotel is also undergoing renovations. It took me quite a while to find the gym because there were not enough signs directing guests to the facility. Improved signage would make navigation much easier. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food options, and everything I tried was delicious. The quality and taste of the food were definitely a highlight of my stay.

The children were very happy, there were lots of activities for the children.

The hotel has plenty of activities for kids, and the breakfast is delicious and offers a wide selection. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite noisy, with traffic noise from outside and loud banging from upstairs.

Stayed for 2 nights. Be careful, as the Suites and other room types at Royal Tulip are in different buildings and have different amenities. The restaurant selection is more extensive at Royal Tulip (which affects the in-room dining menu). Breakfast at Cascade was 5/5, varied, and the service was nice. Although the menu selection on Sunday and Monday was a bit different. My room was a Premier Twin Suite... perfect!

Great place for a family holiday near Jakarta.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Tulip Suite. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had so many choices, and during breakfast and afternoon tea I was served by Dai, Yusuf from Cascade who provided excellent service and hospitality. The hotel location is also very strategic with nearby toll Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again.

Upon check-in, a welcome drink was provided, and upon check-out, cookies were provided. The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was nice, but for a 5-star room, there was no refrigerator, no coffee/tea maker, or a water heater. The shower didn't have hot water, only the sink. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The restaurant staff was very cooperative and friendly. Overall, it was good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were complete, meeting 5-star hotel standards. The swimming pools are large and have several, so there's plenty of room for swimming. There are also plenty of activities for children. Breakfast was delicious and varied. At checkout, you also get delicious complimentary butter cookies. The downside of the mountain view rooms is that they face the main road, and the traffic is very noisy. On holidays, many motorbikes pass by until midnight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Royal Tulip ❤️❤️❤️❤️
