The cleaning service is okay, but there's only one security guard at Sapta Nawa Resort, which is really lacking. Ask Sapta Nawa, whose budget isn't even clear about their direction.

Although not a new building but this hotel is very clean, both the wall paint and the sink, there is no limescale at all, all facilities function well, and although there is no water heater, you can ask the staff and they will bring you hot water directly in 1 thermos. Speckless with the hotel staff who cleaned and wiped my car windows without me asking, accidentally at that time I saw behind the curtain, the man was wiping my car. Anyway, you will not be disappointed if you stay here with a very affordable price compared to other hotels in this city
