The receptionist was not friendly, they asked for another deposit, and their ID card was also confiscated, where is the history of this, I've been in and out of hotels, this is what's strange, then it happened at 3 am, the generator went out, and the visa was turned on for an hour.

Actually, the hotel is nice for the price, the rooms are spacious, it's just a shame that the room windows can't be locked and the bathroom is dirty, the sink is clogged.

At first, I got a room without AC, it wasn't cold, but the hotel quickly moved me to another room. It was close, just next door. The rest was really good

The room is clean, the hotel staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel staff is also willing to help with what we need.

I've been made things difficult by the female receptionist 3 times.

The hotel staff and crew are very friendly and the hotel's cellphone/WA number immediately responds well when communicating with customers.

That price + breakfast is quite good. It's also close to the city center. It's just that we got a shower that wasn't strong so it was a hassle and took a long time to take a shower. The cleanliness of the room was quite good. It's good

The shower water is small like squirrel pee. The toilet is smelly & dirty. The breakfast is not good, & there is only lontong + bread. Ordered a double bed. Got a twin. The elevator is broken, had to go up and down the stairs to the 4th floor, can you imagine what it feels like while carrying a lot of stuff?

Good location. Parking is no goog.

The location is perfect. It 's close to main road of the city.

Everything is good, it's just that the breakfast menu only has 2 menus and it's not salty enough for my taste.

Honestly, it's quite comfortable, especially with a budget under 200k which is also located in the city center. But when checking in, there was a drama where the room key was taken by another guest, so I had to wait quite a while. The wifi network is also only limited to the 2nd floor, there is no network on the 3rd floor. There is no TV broadcast at all,

WC mumpet, shower rusak, parkir sulit dan hotel lepas tanggung jawab, sudah ada masalah baru mau bantu. Kamar tidak dibersihkan, makanan tidak diperhatikan, habis makanan tetapi tamu masih ada.

Fasilitas sesuai dengan harga. Cocok untuk menginap semalam buat traveler yang sedang transit. Sangat tidak puas dengan sarapannya. Kopi hitamnya lumayan. Untung lokasinya di pusat perdagangan jadi mudah untuk cari makan keluar di pagi hari. Semoga bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi kebersihan tempat tidur (seprai, selimut, sarung bantal dan gulingnya) Selebihnya nyaman nyaman saja karena kamarnya luas.

Lokasinya masuk perumahan. Kamar bersih. Ada water heater juga. Pelayanan ramah dan 24 jam. Lahan parkir agak kurang jadi parkir di pinggir jalan atau di depan rmh orang, tapi masih tetap di arahin ketika parkir. Kamren sempat ketinggalan ktp karena resepsionis lupa kembaliin yang seharusnya dikembalikan berbarengan dengan deposit. Tapi pihak hotel langsung ngehubungi dan langsung kirim KTP. Semoga ke depan nya lebih teliti lagi. Selebih nya hotelnya nyaman

Sesuai dengan budget, air panas tidak aktif, colokan listrik hanya 1 saja terletak di bawah jadi agak repot, harusnya ada sebelah kasur
