I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Clio Apartments. The shower water was problematic; the water pressure was very low, then suddenly turned very hot with high pressure. The toilet was difficult to flush, the air conditioning wasn't cold, the shower curtain wouldn't close fully, the ceiling fan was noisy and wobbly, and the bed was itchy. I sent a WhatsApp message to the hotel around 11 p.m., but received no response until over 12 hours later. Since I was traveling alone as a woman, I didn't feel safe going out at night to look for staff. I ended up changing hotels the next day because the room was so uncomfortable and unfit for living. The hotel only responded the next morning and apologized, but even after I explained all the issues, they still refused to refund me for the unused nights. These issues were clearly not the guest's fault. This place is far from a 4-star hotel, more like a 1- or 2-star inn. It's a shame because I chose this hotel based on the good ratings and photos, but the reality was far from ideal. I definitely don't recommend it.

The location is very strategic, the hotel area is nice, and the rooms are clean and very aesthetic. I recommend staying here, and I will return if I ever come back to Bali.

Good place, the shower is a bit awkward tho as it’s visible from the bed, only being hidden by curtain. Best location, near good resto but still in a quiet neighbourhood.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious for a studio. For hairdryer and ironing, available by request. Slippers are not available for guests, but it's okay. For laundry, quite cheap than other hotels but not very cheap either. Definitely will come again if visiting Bali.

Room was great. Huge! So much space in the apartment. The location of the apartments was amazing. Accessible. And staff was very helpful in helping hire a motorbike. Thank you!

The location is strategic For standard food because there is no choice like fried rice or fried noodles, all breakfast like eggs or pancakes Lack of information, apparently for 3 people can be charged so it is better to write a large one that only 2 people are allowed to stay And finally in the picture there is a swimming pool but in reality there is none hahaha But overall everything is ok from the friendly and kind staff Will come back because the place is comfortable and the room is quite spacious!!

For two days I booked this hotel. Day 1 I couldn't sleep. I feel something mystic. Day 2 I didn't even sleep at the hotel. I need sleep. I heard from other reviews also similar points to mine. I didn't check other reviews before I chose this hotel. What a bad experience here for "something" I couldn't describe with logic!

The location is very close to Sunset Road, easy to get around. Also close to Kerobokan and abundant food access. The staff is super duper helpful and friendly! There is a paid laundry facility that is finished in 1 day. Cheap so you don't have to worry about washing clothes! The deluxe room type is very large and satisfying. One more important thing, it's not scary hahah. Definitely coming back again.
