The staff was quite responsive and friendly. There wasn't any fruit for breakfast, but it was quite good for the price. The location is quite strategic, with plenty of food around the hotel.

Strategic location. It was midnight when we arrived, and the time transition to the next day was delayed. I accidentally placed the wrong order, which was updated to the next day, but the staff was still helpful and allowed us to check in that night, even though I was already exhausted from the trip from Palembang. The place is comfortable, close to the main road, and there are lots of delicious places to eat. Criticisms: There are no non-smoking rooms, and breakfast is uncomfortable because you're sitting next to smokers. If they were separated, it would be more comfortable, better, and healthier.
